Step outside your usual favourites and discover something a little different.

Whether you already love game or have always been curious to try it, A Taste of Game is an evening designed to make the distinctive flavours of the countryside feel both exciting and approachable.

Nestled among Berkshire’s rolling downs, ancient woodlands and farmland, Vicars Game works with local estates to bring some of Britain’s finest wild game to our kitchen.

Using this carefully sourced produce, Head Chef Sam Brennan has created a menu that moves from lighter, more delicate flavours to richer, more distinctive dishes, giving seasoned enthusiasts and first-timers alike the chance to explore something new.

To complement the menu, our Head Sommelier, Jacopo Maroni, has carefully selected wines to pair with the dishes, available as an optional wine pairing at an additional cost.

This menu celebrates four countryside favourites: Partridge, Pheasant, Wood Pigeon and Venison. Carefully managed and sustainably sourced, each offers a unique taste of the landscape from which it comes.
